I installed Creator 2010 with the usb video acquisition (80€)
I followed all the steps: no activity when I push the buttons
I made a repair via control panel: no progress
I desinstalled - reinstalled all: result : I LOST all the video menu except "look at film"!!
When I launch media manager manually (because away from the home screen) it says "missing layoutDLL12.dll please reinstall"
I did it again: no progress!!
Any idea?
Complete failure with installation

Let’s forget the Roxio Video Capture USB device part of for the moment.
You can try the Repair option, but I think you will need to start with the Clean Install. For best results, print it out so you can follow step by step.
Vista
XP
Of course the instructions are in English, is that going to be any problem? Roxio does have a European web site.

OK I was a little bit afraid when I saw what you asked me to do but it is better
All options are active
Thanks
I have an other issue:
When I capture the video I see the film but I can not capture because the status is "no signal detected". The signal is there: i see the film!

Good Deal!!!
Capture: This was written for Creator 2009 but look through it - USB Capture
It covers connections and settings.
