I had previously burned an image file (I always burn ISO files before DVD's), then "mounted" that ISO file on a virtual DVD drive to check things out. When I went back to reburn the ISO file I had forgotten to eject the ISO image from the virtual drive, and on clicking burn, Roxio simply sat there for one or two minutes then went back to the MyDVD front screen and did nothing. I'd expect an error message at the very least to say the ISO file you've chosen is in fact already in use (or whatever Winodws tells you in these circumstances).
I Have A Very Difficult Time Understanding Roxio2010 - I don't think Intuitive is a word that could describe it!

I am not a PC Numpty so feel free to use any technical jargon you like, but I hate TLA's (Three Letter Acronymns) that haven't been explained at least once in the same article.

Is there a question here, about your user error?

This is a users forum, and we are users like you, not Roxio support.
