Help! I downloaded Roxio Creator 2010 and am trying to launch Create Slideshow application. I keep getting an error message that says, "RoxWizardLauncher Module has encountered a problem and needs to close." I am able to download other applications i.e. create panorama and labels. Any advice would be appreciated!

If you are still there... don't use the slide show assistant. Launch "Edit Video-Advanced" It is a much better creator of slide shows and of video editing.

When you installed the program did you prepare your computer for the installation? Many people unhappily find out that some Anti-Virus programs do not allow certain .dll file to be registered properly. First try using the repair option in the program; if that doesn't work, you may have to do a clean install. Try that last.

Make sure you make a copy of the download. to one or more DVDs Extra downloads after a period of time will not be free.

Also please let us know about your computer. Put the specs in your signature via My Controls at the top of this page.
