Download I can't get the download function work.

When I click on the icon labeled "Roxio2010Pro_DownloadManager1.2DOD17" nothing happens. I have clicked on one time too many and now it says not allowed any more tries.

There shouldn't be a limit how many times you try to open the downloaded file - there IS a limit on the number of times you download it
Contact Digital River and ask for a reset if you need to download again. Keep the file, open it with winrar or winzip (if it's corrupt it won't open).
Save the files to a temp folder and run setup from there
