After installing the program I start the program up to burn some DVDs. The problem occurs right away. The thing freezes. When I go to Task Manager, Roxio is "Not Responding". It happens EVERY TIME. I can't get by it. On top of that, nothing else on my PC launches. It's like the Roxio program put the freeze on my whole system. I have to restart.

Does anyone know the fix?

My specs:

Athlon 64 3400+
XP Pro SP3
3gig mem
ATI X1950 AGP video 512mb
650w Antec PSU

thx

Did this twice just to make sure I removed EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, after reinstalling, the same thing occured. It froze up and did not respond. Any other suggestion? I'm thinking it's something in my PC but not 100% sure.

How about the back door approach?
