The other layouts (disc, booklet, back/u-card) that I've used work ok, the 'insert' seems to be the only one with this problem. Any clues as to what the problem is?

Printing 'Inserts' in Label Creator All print in same location regardless of paper type chosen

An am using Label Creator from EC10 Suite to create jewel case inserts. It seems that no matter what commercial paper type I choose, the output for the "insert" (the card that slides into the front 'door' of the jewel case) always prints in the same location - almost exactly 2cm from the top, 2cm from the side of the page. When I select different paper brand/styles, the print preview window changes, but has no bearing on the actual printed output.
