I got Toast 9 a couple weeks ago and have been trying to use it to burn DVDs on a Macbook Pro and all I've run into is problems. First I kept receiving "medium error" issues, which I finally solved by using compressed air and I finally had one successful DVD burn. I thought everything would go well after that, but this is what happens now when I click burn: Toast begins to process the disk, immediately quits, and the "you have inserted a blank DVD" window pops up. It's like when the burn begins the computer somehow re-recognizes the dvd and causes Toast to quit. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening?
Crashes when burn begins?

Have you downloaded the latest update to Toast 9? Try choosing Save as Disc Image and then burn the resulting .toast file using the Image File setting in the Copy window. The message that appears after Toast quits is not an issue or an indicator of what's causing the problem with Toast. You also might test to see if the problem goes away when using Verbatim media.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
