sorry i have a  important question
my friend uses your program creator 2010 pro
once important AVCHD video clips of a video camera and Panasonic AG-hmc151 for post-video editing made after the option is chosen to create a blue ray disc without menus ((blue ray disk recorder philips bdp7000
the program begins to encode the video generating a blue ray disk without errors.
the problem that the blue ray disk will not work on standalone player samsung bdp1400
but if you use other competing brands sw blue ray disk product works without any problems.
make me understand why?
need to install any special plugin for blue ray disk?
thanks a lot

First, it isn't our software.  We are just users of the software, like you.

Second, I must need more coffee, because I had a hard time following what you were saying.  It was mostly incoherent to me.  If one brand of Blu-Ray disc works in the Samsung, and another brand doesn't, the answer is simple.  Use the brand that works.

The translation into English is pretty rough but we are coming around

Roxio’s Blu-ray burning started with V8.2 (2006) Never heard of a problem like yours in 3+ years…

What the problem really sounds like is a media or player issue. I admit it is odd that another software package seems to work.

However, you would be better off taking this up with Roxio tech support. We are only users.

hi jim
the sw of Roxio seems to work well.
but did not burn the disc that is read on my Samsung player. bdp1400
i use a blue ray disc of Sony.
the strange thing that if I use all the other sw bd product is read without problems from my player.
let me know where is' the problem?
There 'some plugin or patch to install on pro roxio 10?
thanks a lot
bye bye

I have not had a BD that didn’t work!

The test is can you take that Roxio burned BD and play it on your PC with Player software and Play it in other Players besides yours???

If it plays anywhere then the burn is good!

Info: Call it 2010 Pro so it cannot be confused with the old EMC 10 program Suite.
