I understand I cannot load in older saved label files (which is completely wrong).
Was using Creator 7 until it lost its authorization.
The label text in 7 did not wrap/make a new line, when it hit the center label circle.
If I make the text 'straight' it will pass through it but I lose the curved text on the beginning edge of the label.
If I make the text 'flow', it will curve to the edge of the cd label, but also create a new line when it hits the center label circle.
Is there some other magic setting to use?
Is there a way to say/remove the center circle?
Also, not having the auto label fill (without the 'workaround') indicates something wrong with their testing process.
label text wrap

I played around with this but could not come up with a way to do what you want. I haven't used v7, so I can't compare, but I wouldn't think it would be easy to read a block of text jumped across like that. I can understand it having an artistic purpose, though. Sorry couldn't help.
