When burning albums/pictures onto a DVD or CD discs all the pictures are jumbled as to dates photos were taken. The "date Picture was taken on" was checked in the view menu.

Did you rename the pictures? If so, your dates no longer apply. It alphabetizes by name, by design.
By the way, what program, in the suite, did you use?
