HELP -Erro writing data DVD Erro Message: Sense 00 ASC 00 ASCQ 00(Commad 35) Pxdll: 4.18.16.0

Writing data not completed and the following error message: Sense: 00 ASC: 00 ASCQ 00(Command 35) Psll: 4.18.16.0 - The DVD DRIVE disappeared from the PC and Roxio Creator 2010 was caught. How to resolve this erro ande bring the dvddrive back? HELP ME. Thank You for your attention.

Hi Heraclides,

Please take a look at post #2 in THIS TOPIC.

It looks as if the filter structure in your registry got broken, causing Windows to lose the drives.
This Microsoft KnowledgeBase article should show you how to restore Microsoft's filter entries, allowing Windows to see the drives again.

Unfortunately the Microsoft fix deletes Roxio's filter entry, so after doing the MS fix you need to reinstall Creator 2010 so that Creator can once more see your drives.

Thanks Brendon for help. I had to restart the PC because Roxio caught and not closed ,after the reboot the dvd drive was recognized by the Window. My question now is possible to repeat the error reported, I'll reinstall Roxio 2010 to see if it improves performance , would not want to tamper with the register, for lack of practice.
