Hello~ I am new to the forum and will try to give all information.

I have a Dell 530; Intel Core 2 Duo 2.80 GHz Processor; 6MB Ram; 64 Bit Operating System.

My Roxio program is the Easy Media Creator 10.

My objective is to take a video I made and edit it in VideoWave.

My problem is that I cannot get the video to play or sometimes upload into VideoWave. Sometimes the video will upload into Videowave, but will not play correctly and I will not be able to trim or edit it, and Videowave will stop responding. Other times the video will not even upload into VideoWave and the program will stop responding.

By the way the video(s) I am trying to edit are MPEG4 format. The sizes are 84MB; 490MB; 1.04MB

Thanks for your response in advance!

Do you have a Video Chipset or a real Video Card in that PC?

IF an actual Card, are the drivers up to date?

In order to locate the installed Video card (chip), look under "Display Adapters" and then right click on the displayed card information to select properties for the video card. Clicking on the driver tab should provide you with driver date. Posting this information will enable more suggestions.
