I have two source videos with the same audio track. I simply want to maintain the audio track from Source-1 and cut between the two video sources through the 2 minute clip. Is there an easy way to do this.. as opposed to marking the in & out times and adjusting the offset times...arrrrgh!

You may have to split the Overlay but if you then change the transparency to give it the effect of Fade In/Out will that do what you want?
