Hi there,

I am trying to download 9.07 update, but no matter which browser I use or no matter I logged in to my account or not, when I click "Download Update" link, Roxio Customer Care opens.

Even when I enter "http://softwareupdates.roxio.com/gm/updaters/mac/toast/titanium/v9/Toast_Ti_907_260_Updater.zip" to address bar nothing changes.

How did you guys downloaded the update?

Thanks in advance

Some people seem to have this problem with Roxio downloads but it hasn't been an issue for me. Make sure you don't have "Block Pop-up Windows" selected in Safari. Do not have anything like the Speed download plug in installed so you're using Safari (or Firefox) in its default set up. Search the forums here for other posts on the topic and check Roxio's knowledgebase (the search box is in the window that appears when you select the Support page). Also contact Roxio's customer service for info.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

In the past, some of the users who had Netbarrier installed indicated download issues. If you are one of them, you might have to set it to allow. Check this out.
