I work in the mastering department of an Audio Book Publishing company.  In order to insure correct track sequence, we have to be able to audition the beginning and end of tracks in the burning software.  Does Toast 7 allow you to type a time, or do you still have to fast forward as in earlier versions?

thank you, chris

Toast doesn't allow this, but Jam does.  Jam is made more for this type of work.

I'm using Jam now, but Jam 6 is painfully slow dropping in files, and sometimes the track audition just chokes and won't allow me to enter a time.  I still run version 2.6 on most of my machines.  I've heard that Roxio will not be updating Jam, so I hoped that Toast 7 would add that feature.
