Software Rolls Back Split From Non-Related Hijacked Thread

I have the same problem as OP. When i try to install Creator 2010 it will install about 75% up to the Roxio Burn Manager CDB then will start to roll back.
I have follwed the clean install instruction with no luck
tbrewst I saw your link and was going to try it but I found dsteup.dll and dsetpu32.dll should I try to rename both?

Did removing those files help?

Nothing worked .
I get as far as installing Roxio Burn Manager CDB and then it starts to rioll back

Some apps skipped because the installer somehow sees certain components as installed.
I went to the Control Panel and remove any Roxio apps.
I needed to delete some registry keys and then it installed properly
