I have a cd-r with a slide show and music which starts automatically when inserted. How do I make a copy to another cd-r. When I copy from original I copy only files and it wont play cd with slides or music.

What are you using to copy with?
You should be using Copy Disc and make sure the Options are set to Disc at Once (DOA), Closed
