I have 2 DVD burners in my computer.
I am trying to burn 2 different files at the same with Toast.
Whenever I try to do this I get the following error code from the 2nd burner, while the first burner is recording
Could not record the disc because 1 or more files are open Result Code = -47.
I made a second copy of Toast to my external hard drive, so I could run the program twice at the same time.
Does anyone know if it is possible to burn 2 different files simultaneously?

1. Where are your source file located? Are they on a ext HDD? If yes, try copying them on local drive and then try again.
2. If you are asking if you can burn 2 diff files to 2 diff recorders on the same system using 2 instances of Toast then Yes, it is possible.

Duplicate the Toast application in the Finder. Launch both copies of Toast. Assign one copy of Toast to one drive and the other copy of Toast to the second drive.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
