hey guys havent posted on here in a few years but i got roxio 2010 and none of the programs works on windows vista home edition but they all work on my xp (other pc) i click on some thing and it looks like it gonna open then it doesnt i repired thru vista and stil dont work but if i go to copy a cd that works im big into slideshows calanders etc can some one help..............the clean install sound some complicated theres has to be another way

Rarely hear of any problems not being able to install Creator 2010 pro in Vista Home. But remove and reinstall it this way. In Vista Home Premium, go to the Control Panel, click on "Programs and Features" and cursor down to "Roxio Creator 2010 Pro" and right click on it and then "Uninstall" Do the same for "Roxio Creator 2010 Content". btw, check to see if you have "Microsoft .NET Framnework 3.5 SP1" installed in the list of programs. That is normally installed along with the C2010 pro installation. If it is there , don't uninstall it.
