I have Creator 2010 Pro running on Windows 7. No problems yet.
I bought and installed the Blu-ray playback plugin for 2010.
The plugin replaced cineplayer with version 5.3. Cineplayer plays regular
DVDs just fine, but will not play Blu-ray Discs. I have a Blu-ray buner.
Says it is the wrong format and files.
The new 5.3 cineplayer is called CinePlayer BD and by all intentions should
play Blu-ray Discs, but won't.
Can anyone help?

First, click on Settings, then Video, and under Hardware Acceleration, click in the circle to the left of Off. Click Apply, close CinePlayer, open it again, and try playing a BD.
What is the make and model number of your Blu-Ray burner?
Oh, are you trying to play a Blu-Ray movie?

Of course the CP BD should play any commercial BD as well as any you burn too.
Can you Explore the discs and see their folders at all? And specify if they are commercial or home brewed BD’s
I don’t have any commercial ones on hand at the moment but I think I checked one in Explorer last time I rented one.

If they are home brewed, then how were they created and using which application?

You're welcome. It appears that it is a bug, in the software and plug-in. I'll report it.
