I have made a dvd with four chapters. The DVD plays through all four chapters. How can I get it to play a selectrd chapter and stop and revert to the menu where I can select another or stop?

I think we had first establish the correct terminology.

A chapter is a sub-section of a single movie, ie. similar to the "select scenes" on a commercial. Once you have selected a chapter, the video will always play from that point to the end of that movie.
If you have 4 movies on the main menu page then those are called Titles and they can be set up to return to the menu page after playing or continue on to the next Title. You can create chapter for each of the 4 Titles on the main menu page.

So which one are you talking about?

I am talking about Titles. I guess I made chapters instead of Titles! How do I make Titles instead of chapters. Can I change Chapters to Titles without a redo?

No. To create multiple titles, you actually have to start with multiple movie files and add each to MyDVD. So, if you have a single file that you're starting with, you'll first have to split it up.
