I have gone back and forth with this program, finally got it to work for one day and had to repair it, it now says that it cannot read the certificate fiile upon reinstalling with the repair. What more do I need to do?That clean install seems to mess things up more than help, like taking away the cd\dvd drive, any way around this? thanks

There is nothing in the Clean Install that touches any drive. If you lost them it would be because you did not follow the CI to the letter or it could be because it is a Windows flaw that started in XP…
I am afraid there is only one cure for the ‘Certificate Missing’, the Clean Install – Here
I recommend you print it out and checkoff items as you go.
