I purchased a Roxio Program called "My DVD Video Lab 10", I cant find where there is anything that says this so I can ask a few questions, I am having a problem with the Program recognizing my DV camcorder Thanks for any help

fairpilot, I think you should try here first, as you did, and then if there is no answer, you should contact ROXIO customer support. I did the same for an unanswered question of mine. Customer support can be found easily under roxio.com, and you can use the same logonid that you are using for this forum.
After all this is a forum of users, there can be specific questions that nobody can answer except support people from ROXIO.
