Hi,

I have installed roxio creater 9 and my HDmovies are running upside down. Please help to resolve

It is your video card/chip. Google for the problem and you will find lots of hits. BTW, it is EMC 9 (Easy Media Creator 9) to differentiate it from Creator 2009 which you may or may not have!
