Update the drivers for your video card/chip, and try again.

What video card/chip do you have?  It may not be up to snuff for video work.

No it does not!

2009 and V2D cannot exist on the same PC at the same time, they destroy each other.

That is why they pack a Warning Card with each and every Box of V2D:

Warning_Card.jpg

You will have to perform the full Clean Install to clean up that mess - XP

Thats interesting. I don't think I got that warning. When I insalled V2D, install wiz said it was uninstalling 09.
K, will give the old uninstall of all Roxio? and Start Over? Wish me luck.

Is your software render mode set to Software? look in Videowave under Tools/options. If set to Hardware it will definitely give you all sorts of problems. I have the same onboard graphics chip and it will not work with the Hardware setting.

You do not have an actual Graphic Card!

The Software Render that Walt suggests should do the trick.
