Easy VHS to DVD product purchased today.
When trying to load the software disc on to my Acer Aspire 5270 laptop, I get a message ..
'Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products.'
Can anyone help to explain why the software will not load.
Laptop is new and has all the necessary minimum system requirements as recommended by Roxio product.

Thank you.

Hello Jim,

Thanks for getting in touch.
You are correct to suspect Vists SP1 operating system.
Where do I go from Here?

If you have already applied SP1 for Vista, I do not know!

The only KB article repeats what I said: Here

You might have to give them a Call… Let us know what you find.
