Which version please? Some versions do what you want, some don't and the advice we give depends on the version you're running.

If you have a converter, that will convert the Realjunk format video files, convert them to .avi files.

Sorry, there are two different versions of that software, but NEITHER of them will handle YouTube's FLV files.
