Hello:

I was able to successfully install Roxio Creater 2009 on a laptop running 64-bit Windows 7 OS.

But I cannot launch the application. Windows message says that it is not compatible with Windows 7.

Can somebody clarify the issue?

Also check your OS to make sure Compatibility is set to auto.

I’m not by a Win 7 PC at the moment, so just enter a search for compatibility.

I did come across that update but when I tried to run, it said that I am already running a version that does not require that update.
