Confused. Have Roxio Creator 9 installed on my Windows XP PC. However, I also have Sonic My DVD Plus, Sonic Recordnow audio, Sonic Recordnow Copy, Sonic Recordnow Data and Sonic update manager installed. I assume the Roxio Creator 9 is more recent. My question is: Do the Roxio and Sonic programs duplicate available options/applications  and if so should I uninstall Sonic????

Since both of the program are older version, you would probably be the only one able to answer about the duplication.   The other programs look like they are OEM versions that came with the computer?  If so, they are castrated versions of the program.  If they are not bothering you and you have lots of disc space, then keep them.  If either is a problem, then delete the OEM programs.  I suggest Revo Uninstaller to do so in the moderate mode.  When you download this free program, and start running it, you will see the information and be able to select the moderate mode.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
