Every time I go to export a video file, a get an error message: "VideoWave 11 has stopped working." This occurs immediately before encoding begins. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, but it continues to not work. I have downloaded all the updates, and that did not help either.

I am running on Windows Vista 32-bit.
3 GB RAM
2.3 Ghz Processor
Plenty of empty space on my hard drive.

In general Roxio has been working poorly on my computer. It crashes often, won't let me save my projects unless I exit the program or create a new file and will not let me edit video from a DVD. Right now, I'm really just concerned with getting this video encoded, which appears to currently be impossible. Any advice on how to get around this error message would be great. Thanks!

List your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed, in my signature.  It sounds like you are having problems with your computer.  It may not be up to snuff to run the Roxio software.

Life is good!
