Completly Different Problem

I am having the same issues processing video files that I have copied from a dvd. Every time I try to trim and convert it crashes.
I have also followed all of the steps for uninstalling, cleaning, clearing regsters and deleteing folder. reinstalling and adding updates...  Still get systems hangs and crashes.

I am running on a DEL studio with Vista.  I have contacted dell and they say al of my drivers are ok.

You do not have the same issues. PLease start a new thread and give some details especially your system specs.
