No idea
You will have to give a better description of what you are doing and what is happening.
Also it would be a good idea to had you system specs to your signature similar to what I have. That way we do not need to ask for system specs all the time.

1. Drag text effect to preview screen and edit text
2. push "X" button to delete effect
3. hang and crash
I can recreate this problem.
HP 64bits, Windows 7 Ultimate retail version, NVIDIA GT force 8500 and Roxio 2010 Pro.

I tried copy a music to "media select" pane,but it hangs at 'copying'.
