I have a Four Head Hi - Fi Stereo VCR connected to the Easy VHS to DVD capture device. Either the capture device, the software, or a combination of both is not outputting stereo sound. Everything is connected properly. Roxio, give me my money back. I have spent way too much time getting the software / capture device to work properly, rather than converting home movies to DVD. I'm running Mac OS X Snow Leopard and no... Snow Leopard is not the blame.
