I have Creator 2010. I have used MyDVD Premier 8 and was able to sucessfully burn and view a DVD. Since I started using Creator 2010, I am able to burn a DVD successfully (without errors), but am unable to view it on my computer or DVD player. I have tried to burn the disk directly from MyDVD and have also tried to create a folder set, then burn from the Roxio burner. I probably have some settings wrong. In the project setting I have NTCS, should I try PAL?
Unable to view my burned DVD

Do you get any error messages when you play the DVD? What files does Windows Explorer show to be on the DVD?
IF you live in North America you should be using NTSC, for most of Europe it is PAL.

I get the following error on my DVD player: 'C:13:00 The disk is dirty'. I have used 2 brand new DVD's and it still gave the same error on my player. I also tried it on another DVD player in my home. When I insert the DVD into my PC, it does not try to play automatically.
When I created the DVD using the 'create folder' option or when I directly burned the movie directly onto the disk through MyDVD, the content of my DVD on windows explorer contains two folders, one called ROXIOPLASMA and the other folder called VIDEO_TS (this was what I expectd).
I also tried the suggestion in Knowledgebase Article : 000065GN. I created an ISO file then tried to convert it and burn it to a DVD, but received the following error when it was done: Unspecified error [0x80004005].
If you have any further suggestions, I would appreciate it!
fyi: I have intstalled SP1, upgraded my DirectX and have the latest version of my video driver.

Just some more information in case someone runs into this same problem....I figured out that is was some of the pictures in my videowave slideshow that caused this problem. Someone gave them to me to put into the slideshow....not sure what they did to the pictures, but this is what was causing the problem. I removed those pictures and was able to burn my DVD and successully view it on my player!!
