Poor customer service problems with digital river and roxio

I tried to purchase the cinematic plugin for vista. I would expect ecommerce with a credit card and downloaded media option to be an instant transaction. Once again, I am wasting a day off to get my order completed. I'll never buy a roxio product or do another transaction with digital river again.
