Convert MOV files to AVI ?

I bought Easy DVD Copy & Convert 4 because I want to convert some MOV files to AVI files. The box says it supports AVI files but I am using the video convert section and there is no AVI in the dropdown box for output. Can the conversion be done with this software, and if so, how please?
