I previously had Creator 2009 installed on Vista. I uninstalled it then installed Creator 2010. When I try to rum for first time I get a screen come up with just three blank fields. I then did a clean install using the guide on the Roxio support site following to the letter. Have also applied service pack 1 for Creator 2010. Have done this three times now and still will not run even though they claim it is Windows 7 ready. Thoroughly disappointed that they have not even had the courtesy to reply to my support requests over past week. What disgusting support! (or lack of it I should say)

In response to JoeBond. I have same problem but with Creator 2010 pro. I am running Windows 7 32 bit having just upgraded from Vista. Everything works a dream except for Creator 2010.

Check your spam e-mail folder for responses. Have you looked on-line for responses. Have you tried live chat. Have you tried calling Roxio tech service. In the past, Roxio would provide at least 1 months of free support for the latest version installation problems. Call them. You will not be charged unless there is one and you agree to it.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

yes, checked spam, nothing in there. I am in the UK. You cannot phone them for free. It costs a ridiculous amount of money to phone them. What a rip-off, they get you to buy their product, it doesn't work and you have to pay them more for support!! What a way to run a business. I cannot see any where to access "live chat" which you mention. Thanks!

Works fine for me in Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit. You can contact support as pointed out. If you want help from us, we'll need a bit more than 'it doesn't work'.

Bill,
Is this the screen you're getting that you mentioned in your first post? [It's a partly rendered registration form]
If it is, what version of Internet Exploder do you have on your system?
