I just started using 2010 Pro after successfully using 2009 for awhile. 2010 Pro works great except when changing the menu background in mydvd. I can replace the menu background with my own video but when I select a picture as background I just get black.
Also, when using the standard menus that come with program I am finding that some of the button graphics are missing (place holder is there but no graphics for the button.) The highlight that indicates which scene window you've chosen in the chapters is also missing, the action happens but no highlight.
Finally, unless I add motion the chapter scene windows are also black.
It sounds like my old Dell E310 might need a new video card.
Can someone please confirm this. As I say I used Roxio Creator 2009 an never had any of these issues.

Does it make a difference if you switch render mode from one type to the other? That is, from MyDVD, select Tools|Options. Then check the other render selection. If Software is selected, check the Hardware. Otherwise, select Software.
Let us know if that makes any difference.

When I switch to Hardware all the windows go gray none of the content is available. In addition to the in ability to change pictures and the loss of buttons I also discovered that I can not type in a new title or any other text after click on the "add text" button.
