I have re-installed my system to XP SP3 and have installed V6. I have also downloaded the updates for the product and installed them and rebooted several times. I have a Sony DVD RW DRU-510A that I have updated the firmware on the drive. I can burn VCD's and CD's without an issue but when I go to burn the DVD of a movie I created the Phase Progress gets to 100% and the the recording phase gets to either 10 or 25 and sometimes 40% then hangs. Any idea's? I installed the pxengine3_00_58a.exe so that the application will see my drive.

By updating to SP3 you have also updated to WMP 11 and IE8, and broke ECD 6.. It is known that IE7 does break any Roxio version from EMC 7.5 and before.
What version of WMP and IE did you have previously?
