I'm having so much trouble, I don't know where to begin. Something as simple as Drag & Drop does not seem to work. When I drag a photo to a new location in my video, it ends up at the end of my video and won't move. Any suggestions???? The User's Manual is useless. I'm really tired of hearing "as easy as one, two, three". NOTHING, in this program has come easy yet. I can't even figure out the process of saving my file and then finding it again when I want. Can anyone help set me on a better course?

Why don't you start over and give us some information such as What program from C2009 are you using, what are you trying to do, what are the steps you are taking? Basically all you have said is "it doesn't work" unsure.gif

This is the Creator 2009 Forum so I will ask if you have applied the latest service pack for Creator 2009? It probably will not fix your problem but it's a good thing to apply to the product. Which application are you having issues?
