Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program:...ommon Files\RoxioShare\9.0\SharedCom\(application).exe
The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Roxio\(application folder)\(application name).exe
R6025
- pure virtual functional call
The application names or folders can be anything associated with Easy Media Creator 9. here's an example of the applications that may crop in the file path during the error:
* RoxWatchTray9.exe
* RoxMediaDB9.exe
* VideoWave9.exe
* MyDVD9.exe
* MediaManager9.exe
* DiscCopier9.exe
* RXLabelCreator.exe
NOTE: Easy Media Creator 8 users will not have a "9" appended to the applications. Easy Media Creator 10 users will have "10" at the end.
Cause
This issue generally happens when services for Easy Media Creator are either disabled by the user or not installed/disabled by Antivirus or Firewall applications.
Resolution
1. You will need to restart the services manually in order for these errors to be resolved.
1. Go to Start --> Run --> type in "msconfig" and click OK.
2. Click on the Services tab in the System Configuration Utility window.
3. Activate the following services by checking them (numbers will vary depending on the version of Easy Media Creator you have installed):
* RoxioDB9
* Roxio Hard Drive Watcher 9
* Roxio UPnP Renderer9
* Roxio UPnP Server 9
* LiveShare P2P Server 9
If you have Creator 8, then the number "9" will not appear in the service name.
4. Click Apply, then Close.
5. You will receive a message to Restart or Exit Without Restart. Choose Restart.
6. After restarting, a new dialog window will pop up saying your system configuration has changed. Check the box at the end of the message to stop the message from reappearing. Click OK.
7. Launch Easy Media Creator.
If the services do not exist in the System Configuration Utility, you will need to reinstall Easy Media Creator with your AntiVirus and Firewall applications off. Please consult your AntiVirus and Firewall manufacturer on how to temporarily disable their applications.
If problem persists, proceed to the next step.
2. Disable DirectX Video Acceleration:
1. Open Windows Media Player.
2. Go to File --> Tools --> Options.
3. Click on the Performance
4. Click on Advanced under Video acceleration.
5. Uncheck Turn on DirectX Video Acceleration.
6. Launch Easy Media Creator.
If problem persists, proceed to the next step.
3. Create a new user account with Administrator rights and reinstall from the new user account.
Windows XP
1. Go to Start --> Control Panel --> User Accounts. Create a new user account named Roxio as Computer Administrator.
2. Restart the computer and log into the Roxio account.
< li>Reinstall Roxio Easy Media Creator in the Roxio account.
Windows Vista

Seth, it may have been a bit easier to just leave a link to that kb article.
You do that by going to the kb article, clicking in the address bar to highlight the URL, in your browser, then right click/copy. You then paste that link, in your post.
