I am unable to play a dvd using Cineplayer. pop up states that the file format is not supported. Install appropriate decoders to play the file. I purchased decoder pack and installed. Still nothing. The dvd plays fine on windows media

Did you do a reboot after you installed it?

Is this a home made DVD or a Store bought DVD Video?

Ok I also understand you have also purchased and installed decoder pack. At this point of time I will suggest, removing decoder pack (not required as well obtain refund if recently purchased) as well as clean install Creator 2010 and simply install Creator 2010.

The instructions were:

Remove the decoder pack

Clean Install procedure for 2010…

It does not appear that you actually did either???

I had the same issue (without the decoder pack) and a reinstall from disc fixed it.
