I had to re-install Roxio Easy Media Creator 9. After doing so, the Label Creator will not allow me to save projects and when I try to open an existing project I receive the following message; "An attempt was made to access an unnamed file past its end".

Any suggestions?

Thanks

That error message is usually generated when you try to access a .JWL file made with a different version of Label Creator. You'll also find you can't edit and re-save a .JWL file from another version.

If your Label Creator will not let you save a project you start from the beginning today, then something is wrong with your installation.

Thank you. The .JWL file was created with an earlier version.
