mydvd10 invalid key for install will not install

I just got the MyDVD10 premier and everytime i try to install it the error comes up as product key invalid. I bought the disk and had it shipped to me, i did not download anything. This does not work on my desktop which is windows xp. all sp's, and on my laptop which in vista
