This is on a Windows 7 Premium OS. I wanted to do a clean install of 2010 Pro upgrade. I removed Roxio 2009 SE per the clean install instructions.
When I run the installation file the error I recieve is; "Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products".
I reinstalled Roxio 2009 SE and ran the installation file for 2010 Pro again, same error.
Any suggestions?
Bill

That's a generic error message, and can be set off by a number of things. I triggered it once by trying to install C2010 in Vista without the Vista SP1 installed.
