Yes.  In VideoWave, one of the programs, in the Creator 2010 suite, it is easy to do.

Here's an example of how--Make sure that the photo slide you want to make a narration on is highlighted.

If you learn better via video, karri has several on how to do things including adding narration.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Laptop - Windows 7 Home
Dell XPS 1645, Intel I7 1,6G with overdrive ,4G RAM, 1 GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730, Sound Blaster X-Fi MB Panzer, 500G hard drive.

Apple =OSX 10.5

rolleyes.gif That is great, just got done looking at it.

I also want to put narration on a DVD from a VHS.

I will be getting "VHS to DVD" also from Roxio, do you know if it can be done with that program?

OR

can I make a DVD from a VHS using Creator 10?  then add the narration.

Thanks,  John

Your current software (Creator 2010) should be able to handle what you need to accomplish. You just need a hardware device (such as Roxio USB Capture device) to capture the analog video from VHS to your computer. Then you just do the same steps in the tutorial.
