I have tried and tried to re-install my Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 on my computer after I have had to reformat the computer.
The soft ware shows its installed but wont work, Help anyone please.....yes I have the CD key

Did you install a new Operating System (Vista)? Did you upgrade Internet Explorer or Windows Media Player? If you did, you broke the program and you will have to roll those back to earlier versions. Do a search for how to do it.
