Roxio 2010 closes when trying to convert video iso file

Roxio 2010 closes when trying to convert video iso file. The format that I am trying to convert to doesn't seem to matter. Any help available?

Exactly what are you doing when VCC closes? Does it start the conversion process when it closes? You are not supplying any information to help you other then "it doesn't work"

Have you applied the SP1 update patch?
