If you click on the "About Toast 9 Titanium" option a screen comes up with floating boxes and presumably text.  I do not have text- NONE.  All I see are floating black boxes with nothing in them.  If I wanted to find out my version- I wouldn't know how since I can't see the text.  

Here's my question- what program is the "About Toast 9 Titanium" written with or in?

I'm having problems with my Macbook and I believe this is a symptom of it- please do not "suggest" or start with "I think"- also please don't ask me to check with Roxio- they have NO CLUE and are content with me trashing .plist files, which is useless.  

All I want to know is what program runs the "About" screen- thanks to anyone who can help me.
