uninstall

How can I uninstall Creator 10? I tried unistalling it from the control panel/uninstall and it was still there. Nothing works after I installed Creator 10. I want to try a clean install but I can't uninstall it....Help

Is this Creator 2010 or Easy media creator 10? And what OS are you running?
